Mouse Activity Regulated Cytoskeleton Associated Protein ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA for the quantitative measurement of mouse Arc in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids, supplied by Antibodies.com. The kit uses a pre-coated microplate with biotinylated anti-Arc antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, read colourmetrically at 450 nm. Sensitivity is reported below 0.058 ng/ml, the working assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml and total assay time is approximately 4 h 30 min.

Spike-and-recovery has been evaluated in serum (n=5, range 80–102%, average 91%), EDTA plasma (n=5, range 81–100%, average 90%) and heparin plasma (n=5, range 80–89%, average 84%). Dilution linearity has been characterised at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 in the same sample types. The kit is suitable for cell lysates and tissue homogenates, and components are stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed and should not be used past the stated expiration date.
