Mouse Activated Leukocyte Cell Adhesion Molecule ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse CD166 (Activated Leukocyte Cell Adhesion Molecule) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-CD166 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with signal developed using TMB substrate and quantified by reading absorbance at 450 nm.

Reported performance includes a product range of 0.468–30 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.13 ng/ml. Spike-and-recovery averages of 91% in serum, 90% in EDTA plasma and 84% in heparin plasma are described, with dilution linearity demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 sample dilutions. The assay time is 4 h 30 min, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the protocol.
