Mouse Acid Phosphatase 5, Tartrate Resistant ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Tartrate Resistant Acid Phosphatase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The kit employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique using a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with an antibody specific for Tartrate Resistant Acid Phosphatase immobilised on the wells.

Standards and samples are added, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-Tartrate Resistant Acid Phosphatase Antibody and HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is then added and the reaction is stopped with acidic stop solution; the absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The assay has a standard range of 78.1–5000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <28 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4 h 30 min.

Kit components include a pre-coated 96-well microplate, lyophilised standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution, and plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4 °C or –20 °C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
