Monkey Vascular Cell Adhesion Molecule 1 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of monkey Vascular Cell Adhesion Molecule 1 (VCAM1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-VCAM1 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate solution read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

According to the manufacturer, the assay range is 0.781–50 ng/ml with a sensitivity of <0.36 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported spike-and-recovery values are 80–102% for serum (n=5, average 91%), 81–100% for EDTA plasma (n=5, average 90%) and 80–89% for heparin plasma (n=5, average 84%).
