Monkey sICAM-1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of monkey Soluble ICAM1 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay is reported to be specific for Soluble ICAM1, with no stated cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants.

The pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) is paired with a biotinylated detection antibody and an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, with a TMB substrate that produces a colour change read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The standard curve spans 0.781–50 ng/mL with a reported sensitivity of 0.469 ng/mL, and the complete protocol can be performed in approximately 4 hours. The kit is intended for research use only.

Components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, sample dilution buffer, biotinylated detection antibody, antibody dilution buffer, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, SABC dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, 25X wash buffer, plate sealers and a foil pouch. Kit reagents are stored at +4°C (with selected components also accepted at -20°C as instructed in the protocol manual); the kit should not be used past its expiration date and should be protected from repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
