Monkey sCD14 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of monkey Soluble CD14 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids.

The assay uses a microtiter plate pre-coated with antibody specific for Soluble CD14. Standards and test samples are added to the wells, and captured Soluble CD14 is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-Soluble CD14 Antibody, an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, and TMB substrate. Reported sensitivity is 0.188 ng/ml and the working assay range is 0.313–20 ng/ml. Absorbance is read at 450nm and the concentration of Soluble CD14 is determined by reference to a standard curve.
