The Antibodies.com urokinase-type plasminogen activator receptor (uPAR) ELISA kit enables quantitative detection of PLAUR in monkey samples for research into fibrinolysis, cell migration, inflammation, and tumor invasion. uPAR is a GPI-anchored cell-surface glycoprotein that localizes urokinase plasminogen activator to the plasma membrane, where it drives plasmin generation, extracellular matrix remodeling, and integrin-mediated signaling. Supplied in microplate format, the kit contains pre-coated wells, calibration standards, biotinylated detection reagents, and wash buffers packaged in vials, intended for research use only. Validated reactivity with non-human primate species supports translational applications such as infectious disease modeling, vaccine immunology, and reproductive biology studies in macaque models. Each kit provides sufficient reagents for 96 tests, with refrigerated storage required between uses to preserve reagent activity.
