Monkey NGF ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of monkey beta Nerve Growth Factor in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique, using an antibody specific for beta Nerve Growth Factor pre-coated onto a microtiter plate, a biotinylated detection antibody, and an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate with TMB substrate for colorimetric detection read at 450 nm.

The kit demonstrates a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/ml with a quantitative range of 31.25-2000 pg/ml. Included components consist of a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, sample dilution buffer, biotinylated detection antibody (100X) with antibody dilution buffer, HRP-Streptavidin conjugate (SABC, 100X) with SABC dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, wash buffer (25X), and adhesive plate sealers. The entire kit should be stored at +4°C.
