Monkey Interleukin 4 ELISA Kit

An antibody specific for IL-4 is pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate, and detection is achieved using a biotinylated anti-IL-4 antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm.
