Monkey Interferon Gamma ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Monkey Interferon Gamma ELISA Kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) for the in vitro quantitative determination of monkey Interferon gamma in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips) with a colorimetric endpoint read at 450 nm in a microplate reader, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

The standard curve spans 15.6–1000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of <6.1 pg/ml. In spiked recovery testing (n=5), average recoveries were 91% for serum (range 80%–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81%–100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80%–89%). Linearity upon dilution was demonstrated from 1:2 through 1:16 for serum (74%–107%), EDTA plasma (79%–108%) and heparin plasma (82%–105%) across the four dilutions tested (n=5 each). Workflow: standards and samples are added to pre-coated wells and captured by an immobilised antibody, detected with a Biotinylated Anti-Interferon gamma Antibody and HRP-Avidin, then visualised with TMB substrate; absorbance is proportional to Interferon gamma concentration. Kit components include the pre-coated plate, lyophilised standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.
