Monkey Interferon Beta ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this competitive Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (cELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of monkey Interferon Beta in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The 96-well microtiter plate is pre-coated with Interferon Beta antigen, and the assay uses a biotinylated anti-Interferon Beta antibody in combination with an HRP-Avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate for colourmetric detection.

Quantitative measurements are read at 450 nm on a colourmetric microplate reader and referenced to a standard curve. The manufacturer reports a product range of 15.6–1000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of <7.1 pg/ml. The assay is performed on a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a total assay time of 2h 30m. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
