Monkey IL-9 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com for the quantitative in vitro determination of monkey IL-9, this sandwich ELISA kit is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate and a biotinylated detection antibody to form a sandwich complex, with HRP-Streptavidin conjugate and TMB substrate enabling colorimetric detection at 450 nm. It is specific for IL-9 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants.

With an assay time of approximately 4 hours, the kit has a standard curve range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL and a sensitivity below 9.375 pg/mL. Recommended sample dilution is at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer, with validated dilutions established for Cynomolgus monkey serum and Rhesus monkey serum at 1:2. Recovery across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples is reported between 86% and 105%.
