Monkey Carbonic Anhydrase II ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of monkey Carbonic Anhydrase 2/CA2 in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay is built on a pre-coated microplate platform and uses a biotinylated anti-target antibody with an HRP-avidin conjugate, followed by TMB substrate for colorimetric detection read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Reported performance figures include a sensitivity of <1.22 ng/ml, an assay range of 3.12-200 ng/ml, and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Kit components should be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.

Recovery was evaluated across sample types (n=5): serum averaged 91% (range 80-102%), EDTA plasma averaged 90% (range 81-100%), and heparin plasma averaged 84% (range 80-89%). Dilution linearity from 1:2 to 1:16 was demonstrated, with serum ranging 74-107%, EDTA plasma 79-108%, and heparin plasma 82-105% across the dilutions tested.
