Monkey Annexin A5 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this kit is a sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of monkey Annexin V/ANXA5 in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The assay is reactive with monkey samples and runs on a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), using a biotinylated anti-Annexin V/ANXA5 detection antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate with TMB substrate, with the reaction read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Quantitative performance figures quoted from the manufacturer include an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.128 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes.

The kit is suitable for serum and plasma. Reported recoveries (n=5) are: serum average 91% (range 80–102%), EDTA plasma average 90% (range 81–100%), and heparin plasma average 84% (range 80–89%).
