Met (phospho Tyr1349) Cell Based ELISA Kit

This cell-based ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the qualitative determination of c-Met (phospho Tyr1349) levels in adherent and suspension cells. The assay uses an indirect ELISA format in which the phosphorylated target is captured by anti-Met (phospho Tyr1349) antibodies and detected using HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, yielding a colorimetric signal on a tissue culture treated microplate.

Three normalization strategies are supported. An anti-GAPDH antibody is included as an internal positive control, Crystal Violet whole-cell staining is used to adjust for plating differences in cell density, and an anti-Met antibody is provided so that absorbance values for the phosphorylated target can be normalized against the non-phosphorylated target.

The kit is reactive with Human (Tyr1349), Mouse (Tyr1347) and Rat (Tyr1350), with no reported cross-reactivity. It works over an assay range of > 5000 Cells, has an assay time of 4 hours 30 minutes, and should be stored at + 4°C where it remains stable for 3-6 months.
