MAP3K7 (phospho Thr184) Cell Based ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this Cell-Based ELISA kit enables determination of TAK1 (MAP3K7, also known as Mitogen-activated protein kinase kinase kinase 7, TGF-beta-activated kinase 1, and Transforming growth factor-beta-activated kinase 1) levels in adherent and suspension cells. It targets the phospho Thr184 modification and is reactive with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples at Thr184, with no reported cross-reactivity.

The qualitative, colorimetric assay runs on a Tissue Culture Treated Microplate and takes 4 hours 30 minutes to perform, with a product range of > 5000 Cells. The indirect ELISA format uses Anti-MAP3K7 (phospho Thr184) capture antibodies together with HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies, which catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition. Three normalization strategies are described in the protocol: an included Anti-GAPDH Antibody serving as an internal positive control, Crystal Violet whole-cell staining for cell density, and an Anti-MAP3K7 Antibody for normalizing phosphorylated against non-phosphorylated target absorbance values.

The kit should be stored at +4°C and is stable for 3–6 months.
