JAK1 (phospho Tyr1022) Cell Based ELISA Kit

A cell-based ELISA from Antibodies.com enables the detection of JAK1 (phospho Tyr1022) and the effects that certain stimulation conditions have on its expression in different cell lines. The qualitative, indirect ELISA format captures the target using Anti-JAK1 (phospho Tyr1022) antibodies, with detection achieved through HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies that catalyze a colorimetric reaction upon substrate addition.

Reactive with Human (Tyr1022), Mouse (Tyr1033) and Rat (Tyr1078), the kit is intended for adherent and suspension cells, with no reported cross-reactivity. Three normalization approaches are described: an included Anti-GAPDH antibody serves as an internal positive control, Crystal Violet whole-cell staining is used to determine cell density, and an Anti-JAK1 antibody allows normalization of phosphorylated against non-phosphorylated absorbance values.

Designed for greater than 5000 cells, the colorimetric assay runs on a tissue culture treated microplate in 4 hours 30 minutes. The kit should be stored at +4°C, where it remains stable for 3-6 months.
