IL-13R alpha 1 (phospho Tyr405) Cell Based ELISA Kit

A cell-based ELISA kit from Antibodies.com enables the indirect in vitro quantitative determination of IL13 Receptor alpha 1 (IL-13R alpha 1) levels in adherent and suspension cells. The target is captured by Anti-IL-13R alpha 1 (phospho Tyr405) antibodies and detected via HRP-conjugated secondary antibodies in a colorimetric format run on a Tissue Culture Treated Microplate platform.

Reactive with Human (Tyr405), Mouse (Tyr402), and Rat (Tyr404) samples, the kit has a product range of > 5000 Cells, and no cross-reactivity has been reported. The assay targets IL-13R alpha 1 phosphorylated at Tyr405, and an Anti-IL-13R alpha 1 Antibody is provided for normalising absorbance values to the non-phosphorylated target.

Qualitative results are normalised through three described methods: an included Anti-GAPDH Antibody serves as an internal positive control, Crystal Violet whole-cell staining is used to determine cell density, and the non-phosphorylated Anti-IL-13R alpha 1 antibody supports phosphorylated-target normalisation. The total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, and the kit should be stored at +4°C, where it remains stable for 3-6 months.
