Human Zinc Finger Homeobox Protein 4 ELISA Kit

The assay is run on a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips), with detection by colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm and a total assay time of 4h 30m.

Stated performance from the manufacturer includes an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and sensitivity of <0.115 ng/ml. Recovery was tested in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 each), with average recoveries of 91%, 90% and 84% respectively, and ranges of 80%–102%, 81%–100% and 80%–89%. Dilution-linearity recovery was reported across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for each matrix. The kit contains a lyophilised standard, biotinylated anti-ZFHX4 detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers; components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
