Human Zinc Finger, BED Type Containing Protein 3 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Zinc Finger, BED Type Containing Protein 3 (ZBED3) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate supplied as 12 x 8 well strips, with a biotinylated anti-ZBED3 detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate. Detection relies on TMB substrate, with the resulting blue product turning yellow upon addition of the acidic stop solution; absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The reported assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of <0.128 ng/ml and a total assay time of 4h 30m. Manufacturer-supplied validation across n=5 samples reports recovery of 80–102% (average 91%) for serum, 81–100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma and 80–89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma. Dilution linearity data across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions (n=5) are reported as 87–91%, 87–107%, 74–101% and 92–97% for serum; 90–105%, 84–101%, 90–101% and 79–108% for EDTA plasma; and 84–95%, 92–105%, 82–105% and 89–91% for heparin plasma.
