Human Zinc Finger, AN1-Type Domain Protein 6 ELISA Kit

Manufactured for Antibodies.com as a sandwich ELISA, this kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Zinc Finger, AN1-Type Domain Protein 6 (AWP1) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-AWP1 detection antibody, an HRP-avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate; the resulting colour change is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

Reported sensitivity is <0.056 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.156-10 ng/ml. Recovery has been characterised in serum (average 91%, range 80%-102%), EDTA plasma (average 91%, range 81%-101%) and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80%-89%), with dilution linearity data reported for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the product should not be used past its expiration date.
