Human ZG16 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables in vitro quantitative determination of human Secretory Lectin ZG16 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. The assay is specific for Secretory Lectin ZG16 with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants, and is intended for use with human samples.

The pre-coated microplate platform uses colorimetric detection at 450 nm. Serum and plasma samples should be diluted at least 1:2 with Sample Dilution Buffer prior to testing; validated sample dilutions include healthy serum at 1:2 and healthy plasma at 1:2.

Average recovery is 98% in serum (range 90%–105%), 96% in EDTA plasma (range 89%–105%), and 95% in heparin plasma (range 86%–105%). The kit is shipped at +4°C, with components to be stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed in the Protocol Manual. Freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
