Human WW Domain Containing E3 Ubiquitin Protein Ligase 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (ELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Wwp2 (WW Domain Containing E3 Ubiquitin Protein Ligase 2) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate format with colourmetric detection at 450 nm using a TMB substrate and an HRP-Avidin conjugate system, in which an antibody specific for Wwp2 is immobilised on the plate and bound analyte is detected with a Biotinylated Anti-Wwp2 Antibody.

Reported performance characteristics include an assay range of 0.781-50 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.27 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m. Sample recovery has been validated in serum (range 80% - 102%, average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma (range 81% - 100%, average 90%, n=5) and heparin plasma (range 80% - 89%, average 84%, n=5), with dilution linearity assessed across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 sample dilutions.
