Human WNT1 Inducible Signaling Pathway Protein 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human WISP2 in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate format, with standards and samples added to wells where the target is captured by an immobilized antibody. After washing, a biotinylated anti-WISP2 detection antibody is added, followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate development. The reaction produces a blue-coloured product that changes to yellow upon addition of acidic stop solution, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit is reactive with human samples. Sensitivity is reported as <0.133 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Components should be stored at +4 °C or −20 °C as instructed, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
