Human Wingless Type MMTV Integration Site Family, Member 7B ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Wingless Type MMTV Integration Site Family, Member 7B (Wnt7b) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids.

The quantitative assay uses a pre-coated microplate, a biotinylated anti-Wnt7b detection antibody, and HRP-Avidin conjugate. Signal is generated with TMB substrate, producing a blue product that turns yellow upon addition of stop solution, and absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. Reported sensitivity is <0.115 ng/ml with an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Validation in serum showed a recovery range of 83%–100% (average 91%, n=5), in EDTA plasma 91%–100% (average 95%, n=5), and in heparin plasma 91%–101% (average 96%, n=5).
