Human Wingless Type MMTV Integration Site Family, Member 4 ELISA Kit

The quantitative immunoassay uses an antibody specific for Wnt4 pre-coated onto a 96-well microplate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by Biotinylated Anti-Wnt4 Antibody and then HRP-Avidin conjugate. Detection is achieved with TMB substrate, producing a yellow-coloured product whose absorbance is read at 450nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.
