Human Wingless Type MMTV Integration Site Family, Member 3 ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of human Wnt3 (Wingless Type MMTV Integration Site Family, Member 3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate of 12 x 8 well strips together with a biotinylated anti-Wnt3 detection antibody and an HRP–Avidin/TMB colorimetric readout measured at 450 nm.

Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, with a quantitative working range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.058 ng/ml. Reported spike-recovery is 80%–102% (average 91%, n=5) in serum, 81%–100% (average 90%, n=5) in EDTA plasma and 80%–89% (average 84%, n=5) in heparin plasma. Dilution linearity from 1:2 to 1:16 ranges from 74% to 108% across the same sample types. Kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed and results are read on a standard colorimetric microplate reader.
