Human Wingless Type MMTV Integration Site Family, Member 10B ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is intended for the quantitative determination of human Wnt10b in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated microplate format and is read on a colorimetric microplate reader, measuring absorbance at 450 nm. Reported sensitivity is <0.117 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4h 30m.

Recovery has been characterised across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n=5 for each), with mean recoveries of 91%, 97% and 95% respectively. Linearity on serial dilution (1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16) was also assessed: serum 75–104%, 90–98%, 82–104% and 84–99%; EDTA plasma 95–102%, 83–110%, 85–94% and 89–105%; heparin plasma 72–102%, 91–94%, 92–105% and 82–104%.

The kit includes detection reagents, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers. Components should be stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed, and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.
