Human Wingless Type MMTV Integration Site Family, Member 10A ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Wnt10a in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, or other biological fluids. Using a sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, absorbance is measured at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader. The assay range is 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a sensitivity of <0.061 ng/ml, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Reagents are stored at +4°C or –20°C and the kit should not be used past its expiration date.

Across serum (n=5), EDTA plasma (n=5), and heparin plasma (n=5), average values of 91%, 97%, and 95% were obtained with respective ranges of 83–100%, 91–103%, and 89–102%. At 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 dilutions, the matrices yielded ranges of 75–104%, 90–98%, 82–104%, and 84–99% (serum); 95–102%, 83–110%, 85–94%, and 89–105% (EDTA plasma); and 72–102%, 91–94%, 92–105%, and 82–104% (heparin plasma). The kit includes a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotinylated anti-Wnt10a antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, wash buffer (30X), sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and adhesive plate sealers.
