Human Versican ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (sELISA) is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Versican in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a 96-well microtiter plate pre-coated with antibody specific for Versican, with standards and samples added to the wells and captured Versican detected using a biotinylated anti-Versican antibody, an HRP-Avidin conjugate and a TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader.
