Human VEGF Receptor 2 ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with colorimetric detection measured at 450 nm. VEGF Receptor 2 present in standards and test samples is captured by the immobilized antibody, then detected using an HRP conjugate. TMB substrate is added to visualise the enzymatic reaction, producing a blue-coloured product that turns yellow after addition of acidic stop solution. The intensity of the yellow colour is proportional to the VEGF Receptor 2 concentration in each well, which is calculated by reference to a standard curve.
