Human VEGF-D ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human VEGFD in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The 4-hour assay runs on a pre-coated microplate arranged as 12 × 8-well strips; captured VEGFD is detected with a biotinylated antibody, HRP-Streptavidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. The kit is specific for VEGFD, with no reported cross-reactivity with other analogs or variants.

The standard curve covers 62.5–4000 pg/mL and the reported sensitivity is 37.5 pg/mL. Spike-and-recovery across ten samples averaged 93% in serum (range 85–104%), 97% in EDTA plasma (93–99%) and 97% in heparin plasma (86–103%). Dilution linearity at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 fell within 83–105% across all three matrices.

Components are shipped at +4 °C and stored at +4 °C or –20 °C as instructed in the protocol manual; freeze/thaw cycles should be avoided. The plate is read on a colourimetric microplate reader.
