Human Vasodilator Stimulated Phosphoprotein ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA kit enables in vitro quantitative determination of human Vasodilator Stimulated Phosphoprotein (VASP) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), a biotinylated anti-VASP detection antibody, HRP-avidin conjugate, and TMB substrate for colorimetric readout at 450 nm. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

The kit reports a sensitivity of 0.056 ng/ml and a quantitative range of 0.156-10 ng/ml. Validation in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma (n=5 each) yielded average recoveries of 91%, 90%, and 84% respectively, with linearity demonstrated at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16. Contents include the pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, detection solutions A and B, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers.
