Human Vascular Endothelial Growth Factor 145 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human VEGF145 in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips and a biotinylated anti-VEGF145 detection antibody, followed by an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader. The stated quantitative range is 15.6–1000 pg/ml and sensitivity is <6.1 pg/ml, with a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Reported average recovery values are 91% in serum, 95% in EDTA plasma and 94% in heparin plasma.
