The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique on a pre-coated 96-well microplate format, with an antibody specific for Vanin 3 immobilised on the wells. Standards and test samples are added, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-Vanin 3 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate.
