Human V-Rel Reticuloendotheliosis Viral Oncogene Homolog B ELISA Kit

This Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA kit enables in vitro quantitative measurement of human V-Rel Reticuloendotheliosis Viral Oncogene Homolog B (Rel B) in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The pre-coated microplate is incubated with standards and samples; captured Rel B is bound by a biotinylated anti-Rel B antibody and detected using HRP-avidin. TMB substrate produces a coloured product measured spectrophotometrically at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader, and concentration is determined by comparison to a standard curve.

Reported specifications include a detection range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a sensitivity of 0.062 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m, and kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
