Human Uroplakin 3A ELISA Kit

The assay uses a pre-coated microplate (12 x 8 well strips) and colorimetric detection read at 450 nm with a microplate reader. Reported sensitivity is <0.134 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

Detection relies on a biotinylated anti-Uroplakin III antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, with TMB substrate producing a yellow colour proportional to analyte concentration. Reported average recovery values are 91% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma and 94% for heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4°C or -20°C as instructed, and the kit must not be used past its expiration date.
