Human Uracil DNA Glycosylase ELISA Kit

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Uracil DNA Glycosylase (UNG) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-UNG detection antibody and an HRP-avidin conjugate, producing a colorimetric signal developed with TMB substrate and read at 450 nm.

Reported sensitivity is <0.053 ng/ml, with a standard-curve assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a total protocol time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reagents are stored at +4°C or −20°C as indicated per component. The protocol is validated for serum, EDTA plasma, heparin plasma, cell culture supernatant, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. A dilution series of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 is recommended, with mean recoveries of 91% for serum (range 80–102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81–100%), and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80–89%).
