Human UL16 Binding Brotein 2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human UL16 Binding Protein 2 (ULBP2) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates or other biological fluids. The kit uses a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with a colorimetric end-point read at 450 nm in a microplate reader. The standard curve covers an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a reported sensitivity of <0.055 ng/ml.

The workflow employs a biotinylated anti-ULBP2 detection antibody followed by an HRP–avidin conjugate and TMB substrate; the enzymatic reaction yields a yellow product whose optical density is proportional to ULBP2 captured in each well. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, Detection Solutions A and B, 30X wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, with storage at +4°C or -20°C as instructed.
