Human UDP Glycosyltransferase 8 ELISA Kit

The Antibodies.com sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative determination of human UDP Glycosyltransferase 8 in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay employs the sandwich enzyme immunoassay technique with a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-avidin conjugate, visualised using TMB substrate and read colorimetrically at 450 nm.

Supplied with a pre-coated 96-well microplate (12 x 8 well strips), lyophilised standard, detection reagents, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution, and plate sealers, the kit has a total run time of 4 hours and 30 minutes. Reported sensitivity is <0.058 ng/ml with a working range of 0.156–10 ng/ml. Manufacturer-reported recovery values are 80–102% for serum, 81–100% for EDTA plasma, and 80–89% for heparin plasma (n=5 per matrix). Components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as indicated.
