Human UDP-Glucose Glycoprotein Glucosyltransferase 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com for the in vitro quantitative determination of human UGGT/UGT1 (UDP-Glucose Glycoprotein Glucosyltransferase 1). The assay is suitable for tissue homogenates, cell lysates and other biological fluids, and is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a microplate reader, and the total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes.

The manufacturer reports a sensitivity of <0.113 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Recovery (n=5) is 80–102% (average 91%) for serum, 81–100% (average 90%) for EDTA plasma, and 80–89% (average 84%) for heparin plasma. Dilution linearity data across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions is provided for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma. Kit components are stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.
