Human Ubiquitin Protein Ligase E3A ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Ubiquitin Protein Ligase E3A (UBE3A) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates or other biological fluids. The assay uses a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for UBE3A and employs a biotinylated anti-UBE3A detection antibody together with an HRP-avidin conjugate and TMB substrate, producing a yellow product whose absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The kit reports a measuring range of 0.312–20 ng/ml and a sensitivity of <0.102 ng/ml, with a total assay time of 4 h 30 min. Sample recovery has been validated in serum (average 91%, range 83–100%), EDTA plasma (average 94%, range 91–98%) and heparin plasma (average 94%, range 90–99%), with dilution linearity reported across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions for all three sample types.
