Human Ubiquitin ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich-format ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Ubiquitin in serum, plasma or other biological fluids. The plate is pre-coated with an antibody specific for Ubiquitin, and bound analyte is detected using a Biotinylated Anti-Ubiquitin Antibody followed by an HRP-Avidin conjugate. Signal is developed with TMB substrate, giving a colour change that is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

The quoted assay range is 62.5–4000 pg/ml with a sensitivity of 25.4 pg/ml, and the total assay time is 4 h 30 min. Reactivity is human, and supplied recovery and dilution-linearity data are reported for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma samples. Kit components are stored at +4°C or −20°C as instructed.
