Human Ubiquitin Carboxyl Terminal Hydrolase L1 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human PGP9.5 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read on a microplate reader at 450 nm and concentrations calculated against a standard curve.

The assay standard curve covers 0.156-10 ng/ml with a sensitivity of 0.056 ng/ml. The complete procedure takes approximately 4h 30m. Across sample types (n=5), recovery averaged 91% for serum (range 80-102%), 90% for EDTA plasma (range 81-100%) and 84% for heparin plasma (range 80-89%). Dilution linearity assessed at 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 showed recovery ranges of 74-107% for serum, 79-108% for EDTA plasma, and 82-105% for heparin plasma (n=5).
