Human Ubiquitin A 52 Residue Ribosomal Protein Fusion Product 1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human UBA52 in tissue homogenates or other biological fluids, supplied by Antibodies.com. The kit employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with an antibody specific for UBA52 immobilised on the plate. Standards and samples are added to the wells, followed by a Biotinylated Anti-UBA52 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate. TMB substrate is then added and visualised by catalysis to produce a blue product that turns yellow after addition of the acidic stop solution, with the density of yellow proportional to the amount of UBA52 captured in each well.

The reported sensitivity is 0.116 ng/ml and the assay range is 0.312–20 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes, and the plate is read on a colorimetric microplate reader at 450 nm. Kit components include a lyophilised standard (2 vials), Detection Solution A and Detection Solution B, a 30X Wash Buffer, Sample Dilution Buffer, TMB Substrate, Stop Solution and plate sealers, with components stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.
