Human Tyrosine Kinase, Non Receptor 2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich-format ELISA from Antibodies.com, designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human ACK1 (Tyrosine Kinase, Non Receptor 2) in tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The kit employs a pre-coated 96-well microplate arranged as 12 x 8 well strips, with detection carried out using a Biotinylated Anti-ACK1 Antibody and an HRP-Avidin conjugate, visualised with TMB substrate. Absorbance is read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is <0.058 ng/ml, with a standard assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml and a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Sample recovery has been characterised in serum (average 91%, range 80%–102%, n=5), EDTA plasma (average 90%, range 81%–100%, n=5) and heparin plasma (average 84%, range 80%–89%, n=5). Linearity has been assessed across 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 dilutions for each sample matrix.
