Human Tyrosine Kinase 2 ELISA Kit

The assay reports a sensitivity of <0.097 ng/ml and a working range of 0.312–20 ng/ml, with an estimated run time of 4 hours 30 minutes. Detection is colorimetric, based on absorbance at 450 nm following TMB substrate conversion and addition of acidic stop solution. Standards and samples are captured by an immobilised anti-TYK2 antibody, then detected with a biotinylated anti-TYK2 antibody and HRP-Avidin to form a sandwich complex whose signal is proportional to TYK2 concentration.

Spike-and-recovery performance has been characterised in serum (range 87–100%, mean 93%), EDTA plasma (range 89–99%, mean 94%) and heparin plasma (range 90–98%, mean 94%).
