Human Tyrosinase ELISA Kit

A sandwich Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay (sELISA) from Antibodies.com designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human Tyrosinase in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay uses a pre-coated microplate with a biotinylated anti-Tyrosinase detection antibody, and signal is generated by an HRP-catalysed colorimetric reaction read at 450 nm in a microplate reader.

Reported sensitivity is <2.74 ng/ml with an assay range of 6.25–400 ng/ml, and total assay time is 4 hours 30 minutes. Kit components include the pre-coated plate, lyophilised standard, detection reagents, wash buffer, sample dilution buffer, TMB substrate, stop solution and plate sealers, stored at +4°C or –20°C as instructed.

Validated recovery in serum averages 91% (range 80–102%), in EDTA plasma averages 90% (range 81–100%) and in heparin plasma averages 84% (range 80–89%). Dilution linearity has been demonstrated across 1:2 to 1:16 dilutions for the same sample types.
