Human Tumor Susceptibility Gene 101 ELISA Kit

From Antibodies.com, this sandwich ELISA kit is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of human TSG101 (Tumor Susceptibility Gene 101) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and other biological fluids. The assay is run on a pre-coated 96-well microplate in a 12 x 8 well strip format and uses a biotinylated anti-TSG101 detection antibody with an HRP conjugate and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm on a colorimetric microplate reader.

Reported performance figures from the manufacturer state a sensitivity of <0.105 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.312–20 ng/ml. Total assay time is 4h 30m. Stated recovery ranges are: serum 83%–100% (average 91%, n=5), EDTA plasma 91%–103% (average 97%, n=5) and heparin plasma 89%–102% (average 95%, n=5).
