Human Tumor Protein P63 ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Antibodies.com is designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of human p63 in tissue homogenates, cell lysates, and other biological fluids. The assay employs a 96-well microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific for p63, and p63 concentration is calculated by reading the optical density at 450 nm in a colorimetric microplate reader and referring to the standard curve.

The kit demonstrates a sensitivity of 0.057 ng/ml and an assay range of 0.156–10 ng/ml, with a total assay time of approximately 4 hours 30 minutes. Reported average recovery values are 91% (range 83–100%) for serum, 94% (range 90–99%) for EDTA plasma, and 96% (range 91–101%) for heparin plasma. Linearity has been characterised across serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16.
